“Hello again… well another good month. Thanks to 21st Century this month I have received $4,000 in premiums. I did get exercised and bought back, so I gained on paper $6,500 plus the $3,400 ($9,900) not bad for a 5 minute phone call hey!!!

This month I sold insurance for $15.50 for 0.40c ea + $4,000 bought back at $14.55… gain if exercised $9,500.00 I may get sold, so for the month I should receive $13,500.00 so that means $3,375 gross per week. What a good idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now on track to retire within the next 12 months. YEAH BABY this is the best cash generator around.”

“Hi Jamie, how’s this for my very first trade? I decided after talking with my Broker that I wanted to buy XXX to Rent, i.e., apply the strategy. I put $10k into my account and arranged a loan of $10k. At the time, around mid March, XXX was trading at $4.83 so I was looking to buy 4,000, a total of $19,320. I decided however to buy them wholesale by Selling Insurance, i.e., 4 contracts of the $4.75 and  for this I got 23c, a total of $827 net of brokerage. So if I’m exercised at the end of April I’ll effectively buy them at $4.52, minus brokerage. XXX is currently trading at $5.10 so with 3 weeks to go until expiry it’s looking like I won’t get exercised, so I’ll just keep the $827 and do it again next month. I didn’t even have to draw on my loan so I don’t have to pay any interest. Not too bad. Thanks heaps.”

“First of all I have to thank Jamie for teaching and sharing his strategies with me (and others out there). My only regret is not having learned these strategies earlier. It has changed my life dramatically and it definitely looks like I am well on my way to retiring at a ripe old age of 30! – I am 30 now...

I won’t go into specific transactions I have made in the last 2 months, but suffice to say, that by applying the renting strategy I have now cleared $3,500 per month. Would have been more this month but I used some of my premiums to insure myself against a fall. Otherwise my income would have been $4,100 per month (double my current salary). If I am exercised, I will be happy to own the shares anyway, which I believe is an important factor when in the strategy. You must be willing to buy at the price you sold - and it saves a lot of angst and worries later on.
All the above was achieved with an initial $80k of my own money and $80k from a loan but... remembering that I haven’t yet had to use the loan, I therefore haven’t had to pay any interest! Also all the extra ‘income’ I have accumulated and will continue to receive, is being saved towards the following month/s, to allow me to generate even more cashflow. I have also shown my mum (who was initially sceptical of the market and didn’t believe that it could be done with such well managed risk) that it was possible!

The upside of all this is that I will be receiving $500k from her in the next 2-3 months to invest towards my future as a show of her faith in me and in Jamie’s strategies! I can’t wait to see the returns with that added to my already fast growing capital! I guess she wanted to know that she could trust me with my ‘inheritance’ in a manner of speaking.

Also friends are now wanting to board the bandwagon and are constantly seeking advice. I’ve provided them with Jamie’s Intro DVD and it looks like they will be joining up soon and well on their way to financial freedom as well. What can I say to finish except. THANK YOU JAMIE! My story is... my wife and I bought the 21CA Homestudy nearly 2 years ago now, watched it, were inspired, played with our bank accounts and started writing covered calls (renting shares), set all this up within a company / trust structure (thanks Leigh & Tangible Assets) and proceeded to generate an income of around $3,000 - $5,000 per month, sometimes more.

After a year of doing that, and buying the Fiji Homestudy also, I have left work, my wife has dropped to 3 days per week, and now we are writing puts (selling insurance) as per the “Dimitri” strategy with clear and achievable goals of $10,000 per month by March, and that’s before we start compounding. Next on the agenda is to share some funds between the two strategies above and now also the “Justin Beeton” strategy. I am also building up a nice little income from auto surfing... who thought you could get paid to surf the net...!!!

This year my wife and I will be attending Mastery University with the Tony Robbins group and the learning will never stop.

My goal originally 2 years ago was to retire from the rat race by 30, I did it before my 28th birthday, so now I have 2 years to retire my wife, and our parents (new goal). I have found something I enjoy doing, that generates an income, now I am financially free, next step, abundance.

I know that I was probably one of the most sceptical when I first came across these strategies, but I can honestly say that I am now converted, and looking forward to a very different future.

On the 30/08/2004 I wrote contracts on XXX with an expiry date of 23/09/2004, Exercised price of $6.25 and premium of $0.245. Return was $1,960 or 3.92% which is 47.04% pa (assuming I was exercised). Since it looks like I won’t be exercised the return will be higher than that. And it only cost me $44 to place the trade. The rest of my money sat in the bank the remainder of the time.

While XXX is currently trading at $7.20, there is no sign of being exercised on or before Thursday when the contracts expire.”

Firstly, I would like to thank Jamie for his contribution in the education industry. Jamie has been telling me for years that I have money issues. I never agreed with him, until now. I was always frightened of money, or at least never really had enough of it to understand it.

A little of my background: A country boy who left his home town at 23 to join an ashram and live a life of poverty as a monk. In The Sydney Morning Herald on Monday June 2nd, 2003, I was featured in the finance section with the headline “Life with plenty of nothing has its own rewards.” 2 years later, circumstances changed, I got married and began to contemplate how to maintain my household life.

I approached Jamie for his DVD’s and book, and didn’t read or watch them for some time. As the pressure of living “in the world” grew larger I decided to study his homestudy program. I took one strategy and with much hesitation, and doubt and fear and laziness eventually got to apply it. I remember reading one testimony where a man said, “I didn’t believe it was possible to make such money until it started showing up in my bank account.”Today after, only three weeks in the market I yielded a net profit of 22%. That’s 381% pa return on investment.

Thank you Jamie for insisting I get over my issues. I don’t feel any less spiritual, in fact, practically I will be able to help in positive ways which previously wouldn’t have been possible. So Jamie,  you were right. It is possible for one to lead a spiritual life and still have money.

“I have retired in less than 12 months using a 21st Century Education. I am not where I want to be just yet but am well and truly on my way and am grateful to Jamie and everyone else who has helped me get this far. In my first year I have managed to buy a positive geared rental house and start a company using OPM. I then retired from the workforce because my company now provides my cashflow.

He will be number 9 new Grad. Then I will help my Brother to financial freedom, (number 10). Like I said I am far from where I want to be, but now I know how I am going to get there and can spend my time enjoying life like you are meant to (not working hard ALL your life to retire with little).

My next step is to increase cashflow so I can retire my business partner, and also get my girlfriend off the pension and move in with me, but first I have to do a few add ons to my house
(girlfriend & 4 daughters), it is so good having the time to spend with the kids now they love it.

Righto, here goes - nothing overly flash but I feel a good start and well along the way to achieving what we want to. Bought 3 investment properties this last year. All are positive geared. i.e., the rent covers the mortgage, insurance, rates, an R & M allowance and puts $$ into our pocket each week. Also 1 doubled in value within 9 months of buying it, 1 went up 50% in value in 4 months, the other we haven’t had revalued yet as we’ve only owned it 6 weeks. We’re loving the capital gain AND positive gearing.

Started share trading in June 2005 with $5k AUD we have cleared $2k + a bit in profits so far to mid July and still have an option open at the moment that will finish making us money as well.
So all up our net return is about 40% so far and we’re only into our second month trading – loving it.

I am a past student of one of Jamie’s 3 day seminars. At the time I was off work and my late wife was also at home after having our second child. We were surviving on family payment and my work cover payment, which was slightly under the dole rate at the time. After assessing the situation, we decided that I would go to Jamie’s seminar, using part of our reserve saved when working.
Since the seminar we have grown our property portfolio from our residence + 1 small flat (worth about $100k combined) up to 6 private rentals, a commercial rental and a thriving general store/ servo PLUS the house we now live in AND ALL WHILE ON A LOW INCOME WITH BOTH UNABLETO WORK!!

All was from using the education gained at Jamie’s seminar, which I related back to my wife, and using most of the strategies taught by him and extremely well credentialed guest lecturers – one of whom was Ian Daley. (We later used Ian’s services to set up our Trust etc.) From the seminar, we had 24/7 mentoring and other hints/tips for 2 years after the 3 dayer. Absolutely everything was completely legal and always supported by references to the relevant legislations, laws and rules whenever possible. I am still in regular contact with Jamie’s staff and always kept up to date. Our little $100k portfolio has no grown to over $1.4M and will keep growing. I am now starting to pass on the education to my kids. If Jamie McIntyre, and his organisation, was a scam then how come he has been around for close to TWO decades and continuing while all the others who actually were scammers have been shut down.

In all the current affairs shows about the scammers, NOT ONE has ever mentioned Jamie etc, and I have never seen or heard one complaint from any person who has attended a course. He (and when I say “he” I mean Jamie/his staff) he never pressured me into doing anything I did not want to. They ask and if you say “no” then that is the end of it. So no, this guy is genuine and he only has genuine staff members. Quite a few started as students at a seminar too. I continue to use most of his strategies but, of course, updated, revised and added to by what I learn both here and elsewhere.

All of our rental properties are cashflow positive and I think you can see how much they have grown in value. On average we paid about a third of what they are now and our RE average out at about 10.8% Before one ridicules anyone or anything, don’t just take the word of a supposedly trustworthy entity! – do your own research!! And one last thing, after reading what I have written, do you think that I may have recovered the cost of the seminar yet – with interest? We actually did that within 8 weeks of my attending the seminar!!! (4 weeks actually, the first 4 were in setting things up to begin).

Hi Jamie, In our first attempt after completing the course and setting things up we sold 6 June $4.50 XXX and got $720 (less fees). Bought 1000 XXX and picked up a 60c dividend. Next week we should do a July $22.50 renting on these and get another couple of hundred $ depending on the price at the time. At the end of the month we’ll see what XXX are doing and either do it again or buy and rent to pick up another $700 or so. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks very much. Good luck everyone!

You’re right it is amazingly simple. The hardest thing is making the decision which strategy to go with at the time. That is where working together with your advisor is important. I wasn’t at all sceptical. I guess when the mind is ready the teacher appears and I had absolute faith in it right from the start. I guess it was more a case of frustration of lost possibilities from missing out all these years but excitement of what opportunities it provided us for the future.

“Hello everyone. I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to finally post here, and thought that since our very first month of trading went so well, I’d let everyone know about it! I did the homestudy back in September, finally got my father to order the homestudy (he’s STILL going through it!!!), got our structure sorted in November, and finally our account with the broker was opened in early January.

This was a joint effort with my parents - I had the time and they had the equity! My husband just has no idea!!!

The 21CA course was fantastic and opened our eyes to a whole new way getting out of the rat race.

Once I completed the homestudy I bought the Planet Wealth eBook, which is worth its weight in GOLD! I paper traded for three months using the strategy and can honestly say it is not only easy
to follow and understand, but it’s allowed us to make a significant amount of money without owning any shares - and that’s in our first month!

So on the 6th of January we placed four trades. We closed off two early (within 8 and 9 days, respectively) and let the other two expire (which they did safely) and then walked away with around $4000 after brokerage and OCH costs!!!! I think our gross return was around 25 - 30% for each trade, which worked out to be over 300%pa (one of our trades calculated out to be 949%pa!).
Not bad, when you compare it to what you’re getting at the bank!!

Yay for 21CA, yay for Planet Wealth and yay for us, for getting off our backsides and making an effort to get out of the rat race FOREVER!!!!

Hi everyone, I bought the homestudy in August of this year so I thought I would share my successes so far. Firstly one of my biggest successes has been realising my mistakes (or learning experiences) of the past. I now have a very solid emotional and financial intelligence, which was lacking in my life before.

I currently work two jobs, and managed to gross a very modest $35,000 this financial year. Through some negotiating I now earn about $55,000 from the same two jobs, basically by proving to both my bosses I am worth more money.

My most recent success involves a property venture I am about to start. My parents own a block of land that they have been trying to sell for the past year with no luck. I offered them a different scenario. We are now going partners in building two townhouses on the block.

I have already had a meeting with my local bank manager and it looks like they are prepared to finance the venture 100%. No deposit, no mortgage insurance, and the only stamp duty I will have to pay is for half the block of land, which is pretty much nothing. On completion both of us will make $100,000 profit. I will then be using that equity to start my share trading strategies. ( Bill SA how would you like a night in beautiful Port Macquarie ).

I have some major plans for next year which involve using my expertise in music and singing to launch my own range of products and educational programs which I am currently developing. The future is looking great and I owe a great deal of thanks to Jamie for igniting this fire in me.

I am setting my goals ultra high as I plan to replace my income by this time next year, then be a full time property developer and share trader, and make my first million by 30! I am 27 now.
